The first women's El Clásico to be played at the Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys has seen a new Club record set. In added time, Vicky López showed maturity beyond her years to latch onto a pass, evade her marker and lift the ball over Misa for the final goal in the 5-0 win against Real Madrid.
Everyone was clearly delighted for her, but the goal has also entered into the history books as aged 17 years and 116 days old, the forward has become the Club's youngest ever goalscorer in either a men's or women's El Clásico, supplanting Ansu Fati who was 17 years and 358 days old when he scored against the all-whites on 24 October 2020.
The youngest player in history to score in el Clásico! Congratulations 👏👏👏 https://t.co/ytd5aofbVz
