Aitana, Mapi León and Engen meet fans at Barça Store Canaletes

Today Wednesday, Barça fans enjoyed the chance to meet women's team players Aitana Bonmatí, Mapi León and Ingrid Engen at the Barça Store Canaletes, located at 124, Las Ramblas in Barcelona. They signed autographed, posed for photos and had nice chats to different supporters , where they were joined by the director responsible for women's football, Xavier Puig.

The team's first game of 2023 will be against Sevilla this coming Saturday at 6.15pm CET in the Estadi Johan Cruyff.

Pre-game activities

It being the festive season, every single ticket has been sold out for that game, and the club has responded to the interest by laying on some special events for the build-up.

Belena Gaynor, content creator and digital manager of the TV talent show Operación Triunfo, who played football as a youngster and is a big fans of the Barça women, will be the MC of the occasion. There will also be music from DJ Clara Rigby at half-time and local singer-songwriter Raquel Lúa will be performing her won take on the Barça anthem before kick-off. And there is sure to be plenty of fun with the Fan Cam inside the ground.

Outside there will be African dance and percussion courtesy of Asociación Alaya Solidaria, featuring 45 minutes from six musicians and two dancers.

And there will also be the ever-popular Photobooth 360, where people can create 360° slo-mo videos to share on social media.
