Bojan Krkic will retrun to Barcelona when AC Milan visit the Blaugrana in February for the return leg of the Champions League knock-out round. After the Catalonia-Nigeria match last night, the forward admitted that it will be difficult to eliminate Barça from the European competition: “The tie will be very complicated. We know that we’re playing against the best club in the world, but we’ll have our chances. We have good players and we’ll try to stay in the tie as long as possible.”
Happy in Italy
The ex-FC Barcelona player confessed that he follows Tito Vilanova’s Barça from Italy. “They are unstoppable. The Club keeps on promoting players, maintaining the team and its philosophy. I think they’ll be around for years to come,” said Bojan. He added that he’s happy at AC Milan and that “playing for the team is important to me, and even more so because of the participation I’ve had. They are pleased with me.”
Uncertain future
Bojan, who belongs to FC Barcelona, was loaned out to Roma, in turn the Italian-capital side loaned the player to AC Milan this season. “In the footballing world you never know what can happen. The situation isn’t easy, because I’m between two or three possible options. At the moment I just want to keep on fighting and focus on performing well for AC Milan, that’s where I play.”
