FC Barcelona will find out their Champions League last 16 opponent during Monday’s draw in Nyon, Switzerland from 12.00pm CET. Barça will be a seeded team as they finished top of their group.
Representing the Club at the ceremony will be Jordi Mestres, sporting vice-president; Alber Soler, director of professional sports; Amador Bernabéu and David Bellver, institutional relations delegates with UEFA.
Possible rivals
The possible combinations are vast, though no team from the same country or teams who competed against each other in the group stage can match.
As Group C winners, Barça can draw one of Bayern Munich, Benfica, Bayer Leverkusen and Porto, who finished second in their groups. From the second group of teams, Barça cannot draw Manchester City as they were in the same group, nor Real Madrid or Sevilla as they are in the same domestic league.
Arsenal, Atlético Madrid, Borussia Dortmund, Leicester City, Juventus, Monaco and Napoli are the other group winners.
The details
Teams who won their groups will play the first match of the two-legged knockout tie away and the second leg at home. The first legs will be played on 14/15 February or 21/22 February while the second legs will take place on 7/8 March or 14/15 March.
The draw for the quarter finals will be made on 17 March.
