The FC Barcelona first team went through their final training session on Friday morning before Saturday’s league match against Celta Vigo.
Luis Enrique was without André Gomes due to general discomfort and vomiting. The Portuguese midfielder, after a doctor’s assessment, returned home. Four Barça B players joined the session: Carbonell, Marlon, Kaptoum and Paik.
The game against Celta will be the last game before the Champions League return leg against PSG on Wednesday.
After the session, Luis Enrique went to the press room to field questions from the media about the upcoming game, which kicks off at 8.45pm on Saturday at the Camp Nou.
UEFA anti-doping control
Before training, members of UEFA were at Ciutat Esportiva for routine doping tests. The players chosen for the tests were Piqué, Rakitic, Busquets, Iniesta, Luis Suárez, Messi, Neymar Jr., Mascherano, Jordi Alba and Sergi Roberto
