Hansi Flick, La Liga's Coach of the Month for February

Hansi Flick turns 60 today, but it's not just his birthday that he's celebrating. The German has also been named La Liga's Coach of the Month for February. 

Four wins in four games

It can hardly come as a surprise to anyone. Barça have won all four games this month, scoring eight goals and conceding just one. And that has also returned them to the top of the Liga table after they had dropped from first to third two months earlier. Flick topped the vote ahead of Bordalás of Getafe, and Corberán who has done such a good job of turning things around at Valencia. But those two just lost at the weekend and their clubs are by no means assured of first division football next term.

Second win

This is the second time that Flick has won the award since joining Barça at the start of the season. He was also the winner in October and with the team firing on all cylinders right now, it's not just the Liga title that Barça are chasing but all three major trophies, with the Spanish Super Cup already sewn up.
