Fermín picks up muscular injury
The midfielder suffered a muscular injury in his right thigh on Tuesday in training
The first team player Fermín López suffered a muscular injury in his right thigh on Tuesday in training. He is expected to be out for a round three weeks.
Aside from Fermín’s injury, in training on Tuesday Gavi and Frenkie de Jong took part in some of the session with the rest of the squad. Also present in training were Guillermo, Toni Fernández and Cuenca from the youth teams.
Lamine Yamal gets an award
On Tuesday Lamine Yamal received his award as the best U23 player in La Liga for August, a prize awarded by the Spanish League. Last month the 17 year old scored one goal and created four assists and he has begun September in equally excellent fashion with his two goals in the 4-1 away win over Girona.
