After three months out with a back injury, Marc-André ter Stegen is back in between the posts for Barça. The German goalkeeper played all 90 minutes of Sunday's 3-3 draw against Granada after returning to the squad for the first time in 2024.
The German keeper showed no signs of rustiness making vital saves, in particular late on from Uzuni, despite missing a total of 17 games due to injury. Curiously, before being laid up, the German keeper had made 17 appearances for Barça, 13 in the league and 4 in the Champions League.
In that time he conceded just 15 goals and kept eight clean sheets, figures he can extend now he is back and injury free.
Another player who made his comeback from injury against Granada was Raphinha. The Brazilian came on in the 75th minute to replace João Cancelo in his first appearance since picking up a hamstring injury in the semi final of the Spanish Super Cup against Osasuna on 11 January.
