Back to work at Ciutat Esportiva

FC Barcelona is into the last week of its preseason preparations. Back home after the US Tour, Xavi Hernández and his team trained this Sunday at the Ciutat Esportiva with the game against Tottenham on the immediate horizon and the start of La Liga now less than a week away.

The full squad worked out on the Tito Vilanova field, with the exception of Franck Kessie, who was given special permission by the club to skip the session while he resolves his future. Astralaga, Fermín López, Àlex Valle and Lamine Yamal of Barça Atlètic also took part in the session.

This Tuesday 8 August, the team will be playing their first game at the Olympic Stadium, including the presentation of the first team squad.
