Barça 23/24 is under way. There were as many as 26 players, with the numbers boosted by several from the Barça Atlètic and U19A squads, who after taking their medicals this morning were back at training early on Monday evening.
Xavi Hernández had his men working out on the Tito Vilanova field from 7pm CEST, just over a month before the first official fixture at the home of Getafe on August 13.
Dest, Eric, Ferran, Iñaki Peña, Marcos Alonso, Nico González, Pablo Torre, Pedri, Ronald Araujo, Raphinha and Sergi Roberto were joined by Alarcón, Cubarsí, Diego Kochen, Estanis, Faye, Fermín López, Héctor Fort, Lamine Yamal, Marc Casadó, Marc Guiu, Pau Prim and Unai Hernández.
Clément Lenglet, who also took a medical this morning, has permission not to start training until July 18. Balde and new signing Iñigo Martínez worked out in isolation but will be joining normal training with their team-mates from tomorrow.
There are both morning and evening sessions on Tuesday as the team continues preparations for the four-match trip to the United States in nine days' time.
