FC Barcelona have been drawn against Ceuta in the last sixteen of the Copa del Rey, as decided in Saturday's draw. The game will be played away from home, in the Spanish enclave on the North African costs, on January 17, 18 or 19.
Ceuta is the only surviving side in the competition that plays in the third-tier Primera RFEF.
Should Barça advance to the quarter finals, they would play their next game in the competition the week after.
Third meeting
This will be the third time that Barça has faced Ceuta in the cup. The first meeting was in the round of 32 in 2001, which was also played over a single leg. Managed at the time by Serra Ferrer, Barça won 3-0 in North Africa thanks to a brace from Alfonso and another goal from Patrick Kluivert.
They also met in the last 32 of the 2010/11 edition. Barça won 2-0 at the Estadio Alfonso Murube with goals from Maxwell and Pedro, and then 5-1 in the second leg in Barcelona, with goals from Nolito, Milito, Pedro, Bojan and Messi.
