One name is on the lips of every FC Barcelona fan - Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. Arriving at the Club in early February, he has fallen on his feet at Camp Nou and can't stop scoring, equalling and breaking records that have stood for years.
The Gabonese forward started his first game in Mestalla, making an immediate impression by scoring a hat-trick. This just proved to be start of a superb week: last Thursday he scored his first Barça goal in Europe against Napoli, before he scored the first against Athletic Club to extend an extraordinary run.
In terms of numbers since his FC Barcelona debut, Aubameyang has scored five goals in six games, only starting four of those games. Considering that he has played 385 minutes in total, Aubameyang's numbers are those of a true predator: a goal every 77 minutes.
Not since the 2013/14 season has anyone proved so effective from their Barça debut, as no other new signing had scored the same or more goals than Aubameyang during their first six games with Barça over the same period.

Looking at LaLiga, Auba has a goal-to-game ratio: 4 games, 4 goals. He shares the record with Cesc Fàbregas and Ibrahimovic, while Eto'o scored three goals in his first four LaLiga games wearing the Barça jersey. Aubameyang has also become the fourth Barça player to score in their first two league starts in the 21st century. The others were Giuly (2004), Ibrahimovic (2009) and Fàbregas (2011).
Aubameyang will be looking to add Elche to the list on Sunday, continuing to break records and somersaulting, which is now becoming a familiar sight.
