A new Barça player has been confirmed as part of his country's squad for the European Championship. This Wednesday, the Netherlands team was announced, and Frenkie De Jong makes the cut. The Barça midfielder is one of 26 players called up for the tournament.

The team coached by former Barça player Frank de Boer share a group with Ukraine, Austria and Macedonia, and will debut on June 13 against the Ukrainians.
There are already eight Barça players confirmed as playing in the European Championship aside from De Jong. They are Lenglet, Griezmann and Dembélé (France), Jordi Alba, Sergio and Pedri (Spain) and Braithwaite (Denmark).
