Pedri González has been called up to the Spanish national team. At just 18 years old, the Canarian midfielder is part of Luis Enrique's squad to play in the World Cup qualifiers against Greece, Georgia and Kosovo. A squad list that also includes Barça players Jordi Alba and Sergio Busquets.
Pedri had played in the last few internationals for the U21's, but his promotion to the senior side evidences his professional growth. Òscar Mingueza and Riqui Puig have also been called up for the U21s.
As for the other European teams, the squads will be announced throughout the week, while the South American qualifiers have been suspended and will not be played during this international break.
