Pedri underwent medical tests on Sunday morning and it was confirmed that he has pulled the soleus muscle in the calf of his left leg and will be out of action for an as–yet uncertain period of time.
The Canary Islander played 71 minutes of the 2.0 win at Sevilla on Saturday, before coming off injured and being replaced by Ilaix Moriba.
