Barça will face Third Division side Cornellà in the last 32 of the Copa del Rey. The one off tie will be played at the Municipal de Cornellà stadium between 18 and 24 January.
The Catalan lower league club have made it the last 32 after knocking out La Liga leaders Atlético Madrid in the previous round, a result that shows they are definitely opponents to be taken seriously in a one off cup tie.
The two teams have never met in official competition although Barça B have faced Cornellà on many occasions. The most recent meeting between the two teams came on 20 December with Barça B winning 1-0 away at the Municipal de Cornellà thanks to a goal from Alex Collado.
