Messi joins preseason training
The Argentine trains alone as stipulated in the La Liga protocols
The 2020/2021 preseason is under way for Leo Messi. The Barça number 10 trained on his own, as did Coutinho, according to La Liga protocol whilst the rest of the squad worked out together.
A total of 21 players took part in the group session as the squad continues its preparations for the first preseason friendly which comes on Saturday against Nàstic de Tarragona at 7.00pm CEST, a game which can be seen lives on Barça TV+, the Club's official digital streaming platform.
The next session for Ronald Koeman's men will be on Tuesday at 9.30am CEST followed by a second session later in the day at 5.30pm CEST.
