During confinement, Martin Braithwaite has immersed himself into a new training routine in order to return to competition in better shape. Speaking on Danish public television, the striker explained part of his physical routine: "I'm adding more load to the training plan that the club sends me, concentrating on my speed and endurance. Now I train with a lot more detail than before, so I'll get back to much better fitness."
The No.19 only sees the current situation as a "pause" too. "I see it as an advantage. I know no one trains and works like me. When I come back I will be ready physically and mentally," he added.
The Dane also valued his first months at FC Barcelona. "I haven't shown what I can do yet. I've done well, but I know I can do even better," he said. "I see myself scoring a lot of goals."
