First three league fixtures have kick off times confirmed
The Spanish Football League has announced the kick off times for the first three games of the 2019/20 La Liga season. FC Barcelona begin the defence of their league title with a visit to San Mamés in Bilbao to take on Athletic Club on Friday 16 August at 9.00pm CEST. Last season's fixture between the two teams ended goalless in the Basque Country.
Barça's first game at home in Camp Nou will come against Betis in week two of La Liga on Sunday 25 August at 9.00pm CEST. The blaugranes will be looking to do better against the Seville club at home than they did last season when they lost 4-3 at Camp Nou in the league.
The third kick off time to be announced is the week three visit to El Sadar in Pamplona to take Jagoba Arrasate's newly promoted Osasuna side which will take place on 31 August at 5.00pm CEST.
