In training on Friday the first team player Jasper Cillessen tore a muscle in his right calf. The goalkeeper is expected to be out for around six weeks.
The Barça shot stopper has played seven games so far this season, one in the Champions League and six in the Copa del Rey. Cillessen has been key in helping the blaugranes to the semi-finals of the competition, in particular in the quarter final against Sevilla. The Dutch international saved a penalty from Banega with Barça leading 1-0 at a key point in the encounter with Valverde's team still 2-1 down on aggregate in the tie.
