FC Barcelona offical announcement

The Board of Directors of Fútbol Club Barcelona, at its meeting of 26 September 2024, and in compliance with Article 27 of the Statutes, has agreed to call the Ordinary General Assembly, which will be held online pursuant to Article 31 bis of the Catalan Sports Law (Legislative Decree 1/2000, of July 31), on October 19 at 10 am for first call and at 10.30 am for second call. The Assembly Table will be constituted in the Auditori 1899 on the grounds of the Spotify Camp Nou, and its proceedings will include the following:

AGENDA

1. President's Report.
2. Report and approval, if applicable, of the settlement of the financial year corresponding to the 2023/2024 season..
3. Report and approval, if applicable, of the budget for the financial year corresponding to the 2024/2025 season.
4. Ratification, if applicable, of the Members Ombudsman, appointed pursuant to Article 57.2 of the Statutes.
5. Report by the Members Ombudsman.
6. Espai Barça. Current status and forthcoming targets.
7. Distinction as Honorary Member of the Handball Section for Mr. Valero Rivera López, pursuant to Article 17 of the Statutes.
8. Proposals from members, pursuant to Article 20.11 of the Statutes.
9. Open floor for questions and answers.

The 4,331 delegate members who make up the FC Barcelona General Assembly are summoned to this meeting as the club's highest governing body. These include a randomly selected quota of 2.5% of the club's members, plus Senators, current members of the Board of Directors, members of statutory commissions, former club presidents, and presidents of regional supporters' clubs federations who have been members for more than five years. The whole of the 2024 Ordinary General Assembly will be broadcast live on Barça One.
