European manufacturer signs agreement with club that includes rights of association with the men’s and women’s football teams and the other pro sports sections

FC Barcelona has expanded its ecosystem of partners by incorporating Human Mobile Devices (HMD) as a Global Partner, Official Mobile Phones Partner and Smart Phones Partner. This mobile telephone manufacturer innovates in the tech space by creating feature phones with no social media to help reduce screen time, and develops repairable smartphones that are stylish and so easy to repair, you can do it at home. 

 

Founded in 2016, Human Mobile Devices (HMD)  is now active in more than 200 different countries. As of 2023 it had sold 400 million units. 

The deal between Human Mobile Devices (HMD) and FC Barcelona is multi-year and includes rights of association to the men’s and women’s football teams as well as the other pro sports sections. Among other benefits, this includes access to the athletes to produce graphic and audiovisual content, as well as brand exposure on match days and on digital platforms.
