FC Barcelona soft toy collection

Small gestures can bring out big results. That is the essence of FC Barcelona's Christmas campaign to collect soft toys for distribution to local children in need.

The club is calling on fans to donate cuddly toys at the forthcoming games on December 17 at the Palau Blaugrana (Barça v Baskonia), 20 at the Estadi Olímpic (Barça v Almeria), and 21 at the Estadi Johan Cruyff (Barça v Rosengård Women).

At the Palau and Johan Cruyff the toys will be tossed onto the court and field, while at Montjuïc, where this is not so easily done, there will be special collection points around the stadium.

They should be new, not second-hand, toys of a maximum of 30x30 centimetres, with no batteries inside and non-sexist. All toys will then be delivered to the Red Cross and the SER Catalunya 'No child without toys' campaign.
