FC Barcelona's pro sports teams have won four national leagues already this season, and are still on course for a full house of six! No team has ever been able to win all six trophies in the same year, but in 2022/23 it might happen.
In men's and women's football, handball and now roller hockey, the job has already been done. Meanwhile, the basketball team are about to start the best-of-five Liga Endesa final against Real Madrid, while the futsal team are doing likewise in the LNFS, where they are up against Jaen.
All four in 98/99
The nearest Barça have come to the feat before was when they won all four pro league titles that they opted for in 1998/1999. But in those days there were no pro futsal or women 's football teams.
Despite an awful start, the football team eventually won La Liga by 11 clear points, while the basketball team won their final against Caja San Fernando.
The handball team won their league for the fourth consecutive year, finishing 11 points ahead of second placed Adamar Leon, while the roller hockey team beat Liceo in the final.
Never with six
The women's team was added in 2002 and the futsal team in 2006, and since then the best Barça have managed has been five out of six in 2011/12 and 2000/21, when they won every title apart from men's football.
So now it's down to the basketball and futsal teams to get the job done and help to make history!
