The FC Barcelona player Riqui Puig has made a videocall to 11 year old Pol, a patient at the Sant Joan de Déu Hospital in Barcelona and big Barça fan.
During the chat Pol explains how he spends his days in lockdown and Riqui Puig lets him in on the secrets of his home training sessions to stay in shape in these times without football.
The initiative forms art of a programme for paediatric welfare run by the Barça Foundation and which has found a new format given the restrictions imposed by the lockdown due to the Covid-19 crisis.
The initiative attempts to show how the youngsters are dealing with confinement and how they explain it to the Barça players they so admire. They have become an example for everyone for their strength and bravery in the face of serious illness which forces them to be hospitalised or confined to home for long periods.
