The Board of Directors of Fútbol Club Barcelona, in an extraordinary meeting held on December 4, 2024, resolved to convene an Extraordinary General Assembly of members. It will take place online on Saturday, December 21, at 10:30am for the first call and at 11am for the second call. The Assembly Table will be constituted in the Auditori 1899 room, in the grounds of the Spotify Camp Nou, and will have the following agenda:
1. President’s Report.
2. Ratification, if applicable, of the new contract with NIKE.
3. Proposals from members in accordance with Article 20.11 of the Club Statutes.
4. Open floor for Q+A.
The Board of Directors has resolved to request the presence of a notary to attend the Assembly and record the minutes of the decisions.
