The Club is starting to process details of its members to be able to identify them and get to know the profiles of all members of the entity with the following objectives:
- Update information about members currently available to the Club to get a proper idea of the numbers involved and the number of lapsed memberships which have not been communicated to the Club.
- Create a digital profile for each member to improve security and the quality of services the Club offers.
- Improve and personalise communications sent to members, making them more individual and focused according to their profile to present more precise and direct information.
- Ease the identification process for carrying out any administrative task, access to the sporting facilities, using the various digital services and taking part in more secure and agile advisory processes.
- Move forward with the digitalisation process at the Club to make access easier to the future Espai Barça, for it to be more modern, secure and sustainable.
- With the information provided to the Club by the members, we will be able to offer more exclusive services and a more positive experience with barrier less access to the facilities for members with some for of disability.
