Can I share the tickets of the pack?

YES, the pack tickets are not individual, once they are received in the buyer's email they can be forwarded to any family member or friend if the person who purchased them could not attend any of the games

Buying mechanics

Click on the purchase button, select the number of packs you want to purchase (seats are guaranteed together * up to 6 packs being purchased in the same purchase process), the area of ​​the pack you prefer, add your data and complete the purchase process .

Once the pack is purchased, you will receive a confirmation email with the purchase summary, informing you of the ticket delivery method (In general, they will be sent by email within 24h-48h of each game to the buyer's email) and providing you with a locator. to be able to identify the pack.

Note: Although it is highly unlikely, in exceptional cases the delivery of tickets for any of the games in the pack could be postponed until 3 hours before the game

What would happen if Barça Women's Football plays a home game outside the Johan Cruyff Stadium?

If during the 23-24 season there is a match that changes location and is ultimately not played at the Johan Cruyff Stadium, the club will give all pack buyers the option to choose whether they want to continue keeping their tickets for the new stadium where they will be held to decide to play the match as a local for Barça Women's Football or request a partial return of the pack.

The partial return of the pack will be computed as follows. The pack is divided between the number of matches included in the pack, and we will return the proportional part corresponding to 1 match. Example: If the pack has an amount of €10 and includes 10 matches, for each match that is decided not to attend, the club will return €1.

Partial refunds will not be allowed, that is, if you indicate that you want the return of the amount of your tickets for 1 match, the amount of all the tickets in your pack related to the match to which you have declined to go will be refunded and cancelled. Example: If 3 packs have been purchased in one purchase, the return will imply the cancellation and refund of the amount of the 3 tickets corresponding to that match, there will be no possibility of canceling 1 ticket and keeping two of them.

What do we mean by seats together? *

We will always try to assign the tickets in pairs, in the best option available at all times. Although it is unlikely, there is some minimal possibility that in high demand games depending on the volume of releases and dynamics of the FC Barcelona releases system we can only assign individual tickets even though all in the same sector as close together as possible to each other.

Parcial refund in case of No classification:

In the purchase of the packs that have included matches that depend on the team's sports career, which is the case of the packs that includes the quartes and semifinals of the UWCL, the club will partially refund the amount of the matchates in the case of no classification for the final stages of the respective competitions if it happens that the team doesn't reach these fases of the competitions.  The amount of the refund would result from dividing the price of the pack between the number of games included in it and multiplying the result by the number of undisputed matches.

Save the comission fee **

When you purchase your ticket pack, you will only pay once the comission fee, thus you will be saving the comission fees paid on the purchase of each individual ticket (2,5€). To give a practical example, when you buy two packs of 8 games eachone, if these tickets had been purchased individually, you would've paid a total of 16*2,5€=40€ in comission fees. Meanwhile, once you buy 2 packs of 8 games, you will only pay 5€, meaning you will be saving 35€ on the purchase of the ticket packs.
