The Barça Academy is a sports school aimed at boys and girls from 6 to 18 years old which follows and replicates the game model established in the coaching teams at FC Barcelona.
This football school model, exported internationally, aims to extend the Barça brand and transmit the Club's work philosophy and values to the rest of the world.
Barça Academies work with their own unique model, based on the Barça methodology used in lower categories to the first team alike , with a proactive, collective and creative style of play, and with an indispensable transmission of values: respect, humility, effort, ambition and teamwork.
