A special evening at the Palau Blaugrana as 20 year after his last appearance as a Barça player, Pau Gasol returned to action as a blaugrana. The basketball legend put in an excellent performance in Barça's 82-72 defeat at home to Bayern Munich in the Euroleague where top spot in the regular season was already secured.

The Catalan centre was part of the starting five and scored the first points of the game for Saras Jasikevicius' team. The blaugrana number 16 played a total of just over 13 minutes, scoring 9 points, 4 rebounds and one assist for a valuation of five. Despite not having played an official game for two years, Gasol appeared comfortable and made a good impression on his debut and promises to be an important players for coach Saras.
