This is the only visit that allows entrance to the Barça dressing room. We therefore have to work around the first team’s sporting activities, which might be why you are unable to find the dates you need.

The cost of tickets for the Players Experience Tour cannot be reimbursed. If you are unable to make the visit for reasons not attributable to FC Barcelona, you may request a change of date or time, but the cost of your tickets will not be returned.

If your visit has been cancelled due the club’s sports activities or last minute events being held in the stadium (for example, presentation of players) we will contact you and proceed by returning the cost of the tickets.

The Players Experience Tour is not accessible to wheelchair users or visitors with reduced mobility or severe motor or non-motor physical disabilities. We are working to improve our stadium, but we are currently unable to offer alternative routes for this visit due to the large number of stairways.

Children under 14 years must be accompanied by an adult of 18 years or more.

This visit does NOT start at the entrance to the Museum. There is a special entrance at one of the gates into the stadium. Look at the map on your ticket and follow the signs to find your way to Gate 15 quickly. We’ll be waiting for you there!

This visit is run in English. However, visitors will be given, free of charge, an Audioguide with the same experience narrated in more than 10 different languages (Catalan, Spanish, English, German, Italian, French, Portuguese, Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, Dutch, Arabic and Russian).

For this tour, like all guided tours, we request the utmost punctuality as this is a guided visit and both the guide and other guests have made the commitment to be there at the designated time. We will wait a maximum of ten minutes in order for you to join the group, but if you still haven’t arrived after those ten minutes have elapsed, you will miss the tour.

If you are unfortunate and do arrive late, you can go to the ticket offices to see if there are any other visits available on that day and we can change your time. (See previous point – change day or time of visit).
