After the 3-0 win over Osasuna at the Estadi Olímpic, Barça coach Hansi Flick summed up the victory in his post game press conference: "Today we did the best we could given the situation." The German also praised the fans, saying, "you could see the fans were with us and that's the best thing can happen."
Despite the three points that take his team clear at the top of La Liga, for Flick Barça "paid a high price", in reference to the injury to Dani Olmo who was forced off the first half of the game after scoring from the penalty spot. Focus now switches to Sunday's game against Girona at home in the league with the Barça boss still positive about his side's hopes for this season. "The most important thing is that we are fighting for all the trophies, there are three and we want to win them all," stated Flick.
Flick described Pedri as the "best midfielder in the world," and was also happy that the likes of Pau Víctor and Pablo Torre were able to feature against Osasuna: "It was good that they were able to play as it's a good sign for the team, it allows us to manage the games better," he concluded.
