The 2019/20 Catalan Super Cup is cancelled

The Catalan Super Cup for the 2019/20 season has been cancelled. It was announced by the Catalan Football Federation this Wednesday afternoon "due to the current exceptional situation" caused by the coronavirus crisis. This year’s edition was to be played between Espanyol and FC Barcelona.
This resolution comes from the agreement as to the ending of all the competitions in the 2019/20 season that depend on the Catalan Football Federation, adopted by the Board of Directors on April 23, in accordance with the recommendation of the sports authority.
The last edition of the Catalan Super Cup was won by Girona, who beat FC Barcelona 0-1 in the Nova Creu Alta in Sabadell.
