Barça 9-3 Industrias Santa Coloma: Derby goalfest

A recital from Barça at the Palau Blaugrana. Derbies haven't been going too well of late, but there was no question who the better side were today. And that was despite the injuries, including a last-minute one to Miquel Feixas, as Barça went out and got the job done and more, with goals from Sergio González, Martel, Antonio, Fits, Catela (2), Khalid (2) and an own goal to take their tally to one short of double figures.

Having already bagged two early goals, Barça then scored three in as many minutes to as good as put the game to bed before the first half had even ended.

It was 6-1 by the break, and although Santa Coloma played like they truly believed they could salvage a result, they were fighting a losing battle. Two goals in a minute from Barça put them out of their misery.

Coupled with the recent win at top-placed Inter Movistar, things are clearly clicking into place for a team that hasn't been having the best of seasons so far. May the good run continue on Tuesday with a midweek fixture at the home of Wanapix Sala 10 Zaragoza.
