The list of 15 teams that Barça could face in the last 16 of the Copa del Rey is now complete. Now Valencia have qualified, the draw on Wednesday 8 Jan (1.00pm CET) could see Hansi Flick's side take on any of 11 Primera División teams, two Segunda División teams ,one from the Primera RFEF and one from the Segunda RFEF.
The list is as follows – Valencia, Real Madrid, Betis, Rayo, Leganés, Celta, Atlético de Madrid, Osasuna, Getafe, Athletic Club, Real Sociedad, Elche, Almería, Ourense and Pontevedra.
How the draw works
The first ball to be drawn will be for the lowest-ranked side left in the competition, in this case Pontevedra (Segunda RFEF). The Galicians will be paired up with a Primera División side. Then Ourense (Primera RFEF) will come next, and will also play a Primera División side, as will the two Segunda División teams. All of these games will be played at the lower ranking team's home ground and the winner decided on the day.
The remaining eight Primera División sides will then be drawn, and the first team to be drawn for each fixture will be the home side for the tie.
These Copa del Rey last 16 matches will take place from Tuesday 14 to Thursday 16 January, i.e. next week.
