Barça player Ez Abde has been named in the Morocco squad for the Africa Cup of Nations which starts next month in Cameroon. The FC Barcelona winger has been a key figure in recent games and is one of 25 players selected by national team boss Vahid Halilhodzic for the tournament which will be played between 9 January and 6 February.
Also in the squad are three Sevilla players, Barça's last opponents of 2021: goalkeeper Yassine Bounou and strikers Youssef En-Nesyri and former blaugrana Munir El Haddadi.
Morocco are in group C of the competition along with Ghana, Comoros and Gabon.
