A wonderful build-up involving Riqui Puig, Sergio, Griezmann and a tremendous backheel from Arturo Vidal led to the Argentinian putting the ball in the net
The other finalists were Arturo Vidal against Espanyol in the first game of the year, Griezmann at Ibiza and another Messi goal, this time in the cup against Leganés.
Goal of the Month is a new poll offered by the website, in which fans have to pick their favourite of four goals. We’ll be doing the same thing every month from now on, and all voters go into a draw to win a shirt.
