ANN ARBOR, Michigan — After preseason stops in Tokyo and Kobe — followed by a week back home in Barcelona — and a three-day sojourn in Miami, FC Barcelona have arrived at their final summer tour stop, where on Thursday evening they took to the University of Michigan's soccer field for their first workout since arriving from South Florida earlier in the afternoon, and less than 24 hours after rolling to a 2-1 victory over Napoli at Hard Rock Stadium.
Barça and Napoli square off again this Saturday at Michigan Stadium.
It is here in Ann Arbor where Barça will spend the next 48 hours plus before flying back to Barcelona late on Saturday night. All available players took part in Thursday's session. The Michigan Wolverines men's and women's soccer teams were on hand for the workout and had their pictures taken with the Barça players before the workout began.
