Ethical Channel
FC Barcelona is firmly committed to being a Club dedicated to ethics and compliance with the law. It highly values and encourages its members, staff, and other related third parties to alert and report any possible behaviors contrary to internal regulations and current legislation.
For this reason, FC Barcelona has established an Ethical Channel as the only authorized means to receive and address reports of actions or omissions that may constitute violations of the Code of Ethics, internal regulations, or current legislation. Additionally, the channel can also be used for inquiries or to resolve doubts about how to apply the Club's internal regulations and values.
The person responsible for managing communications received through the channel and for conducting internal investigations, if necessary, is the Director of the Compliance Area, appointed by the Board of Directors.
Members of FC Barcelona have the right, but above all the obligation, to inform the Compliance Area of any data or indication of an action or omission that may constitute a violation or non-compliance. Similarly, and in accordance with the Internal Information System Policy, the Ethical Channel can be used by all fans, suppliers, collaborators, sponsors, and any other third parties. The channel is designed, established, and managed securely, ensuring the confidentiality of the identity of the informant and any third parties mentioned in the report. It also allows for anonymous reporting. The confidentiality of the actions carried out in the management and processing of the communication, as well as the protection of personal data, is guaranteed, preventing unauthorized personnel from accessing it.
