The FC Barcelona squad for the trip to Benfica
The Champions League is back and FC Barcelona travel to Lisbon for their return to action in Europe's premier club competition. The second away trip in a row after the Getafe game, another win in Europe is the aim, and Hansi Flick has named 23 players for the tie.
The squad for this Benfica v Barça fixture doesn't include Dani Olmo, who misses out due to a right calf strain. The full list is Cubarsí, Balde, R. The match is being played at the Estádio da Luz on 21 January (kick-off 9.00pm CET) and a victory would further cement a position in the sought after top 8 places of the competition's league phase.
