HOW DO I REQUEST AN INTERVIEW WITH THE MEMBER'S OMBUDSMAN?

To request an interview with the Member's Ombudsman, the procedure is the same as filing a claim. Upon receipt of the application, the applicant is contacted and a date is proposed. Once it is finalized, this meeting takes place.
