José Luis Romero (1983)
The sacking of Udo Lattek as first team coach led to José Luis Romero (Madrid, 5 November 1945) taking over for just one match
The one occasion came against Salamanca away from home in a game that ended in a 1-1 draw on 5 March 1983, just before the arrival of César Luis Menotti. Later Romero coached other First Division teams Logroñés, Betis and Cádiz.
