FC Barcelona statement

FC Barcelona announces that it has discovered cases of the resale of tickets assigned to members and Supporters' Club members for the Copa del Rey final via a draw. Given the situation and the clear ban on the resale of tickets from the draw, the Club is obliged to take strict measures to ensure the legality and correct use of the tickets.

All tickets the Club detects have been offered/acquired by a resale channel will automatically be cancelled, and will be invalid for access to La Cartuja stadium. The Club would like the remind everyone that tickets are named, personal and non-transferable, and cannot be transferred from one mobile device to another. The system for the sale of tickets for the final that of the Real Federación Española de Fútbol (Spanish Football Federation). 

Access to La Cartuja stadium with tickets that have not been acquired and used by their rightful owner, the person who requested and bought the ticket, is strictly prohibited. Any ticket that does not meet these requirements will be considered null and void and access to La Cartuja stadium will not be allowed. 

FC Barcelona warns and requests members and fans who have been fortunate in the draw and purchase process not to acquire tickets outside of the Club's official channels as these tickets offer no guarantee, cannot be transferred between mobile devices, and, should it be found that they were acquired via resale, they will be cancelled, meaning no access to La Cartuja stadium. As the Club announced, it is working hard to acquire more tickets that it would make available to members who have not been fortunate in the draw. The Club has made the pertinent requests to the organiser who inform that there are none available. 

The Club reserves the right to take disciplinary or legal action against any person or entity that infringes this rule.
