Final session before Benfica game
Familiar territory for FC Barcelona as they are back at the Estádio da Luz for the second time this season to face Portuguese giants Benfica. Hansi Flick's side trained at the stadium – the venue for the first leg of their last 16 tie (kick off 9pm CET) – for the final time before Wednesday's game in Lisbon.
The impressive stadium saw the blaugranes go through their final preparations for the opening leg of the tie. Out of the corner of their eyes they were able to see the messages adorning the ground - Vençam por nós (You win for us) in Portuguese, and the Latin phrase E Pluribus Unum (the many, one).
Memories for the Barça squad will have come flooding back from their most recent visit to the Estádio da Luz when they won 5-4 back in January in the league phase of this season's Champions League, an injury time winner from Raphinha giving the blaugranes an extraordinary win that will give them the confidence to pull off another great performance in the home of Benfica on Wednesday.
