FC Barcelona face Aston Villa in UEFA Youth League round of 16

FC Barcelona will be playing Aston Villa in the round of 16 of the UEFA Youth League following Friday's draw in Nyon, Switzerland. The single legged affair will be played out away from home, in England.

Should Barça progress, they would face either Sporting Lisbon or Stuttgart in the quarter finals, also away from home, on April 1 or 2.

How they got here

Juliano Belletti's side are into this round after beating Dinamo Zagreb on penalties at the Estadi Johan Cruyff following a 2-2 draw in regulation time. Barça had finished fourth in the League Phase with five wins and just one defeat.

Aston Villa, meanwhile, qualified by beating Puskás Akadémia of Hungary 2-1, Before that, they had finished 15th in the League Phase with three wins and two draws and a 14-11 goal difference.
