100 match jersey for Alejandro Balde

That's precisely what happened before training today, as first captain Marc-André ter Stegen presented him with a commemorative jersey to celebrate those 100 games, which included a photo alongside all his teammates.
It was a moment for all the players to come together before getting down to work to continue preparations for the demanding fixture coming up this weekend.
Training before a game against the most in-form team in Europe
This Saturday will see Barça play Atlético Madrid at the Estadi Olímpic (kick-off 9.00pm CET). The visitors are currently on an eleven game winning streak in all competitions. As such, it's a great game for Flick's side change the dynamic and end 2024 with three very important points, especially considering Simeone's team are currently the most in form side in Europe.
