Final preparations for the 125th anniversary Gala

With just hours to the celebration of the 125th anniversary Gala at the Gran Teatre Liceu, FC Barcelona and Barça One are working hard to make sure that the event is a great tribute to the Club and its fans, full of emotion, and one that will be remembered for a long time to come. The action starts at 7.30pm CET and will include some 2,000 guests for a show that is coproduced by 3Cat and Barça One, with the help of ’El Terrat (The Mediapro Studio) and will be broadcast simultaneously by 3Cat and Barça One. 

Bringing Barça together 

The gala promises to bring together current Barça sportsmen and women; former players and coaches from legendary Barça teams; institutional representatives and famous Barça fans. On the stage there will surprises, entertainment and lost of laughs courtesy of comedians Pep Plaza, Toni Albà and Jordi Ríos, and there will candles to blow out from the anniversary cake created by the maestro Christian Escribà. 

Final chance to vote for the 125th anniversary song 

Members who have not done so already still have the chance to vote for the favourites of the candidates for the 125th anniversary anthem via the Socis App. During the gala the three possible anthems ("L’escut al pit", "Un sentiment" and "Del bressol a l’infinit") will be played live and then a winner announced which will pass into the Club's musical history books. 

Pre and post gala exclusively on Barça One

From 6.30pm CET Barça One will begin a special program in which viewers can follow the lead up to the ceremony, focusing on the red carpet which will welcome great figures from the world of Barça, from both on and off the pitch. Llorenç Tarrés and Marc Brau will host proceedings and the programme will continue following the conclusion of the gala at around 9pm CET with reaction to the evening's events. 

Barça One will make available a new channel, designed to allow everyone to enjoy the gala live and related programming. The channel will offer subtitles and sign language options, to access viewers simply have to enter into the platform and select the 'Subtitulació/LSC' option.
