Barça 5-1 Costa Adeje Tenerife: Winning reaction

The blaugranes concede first before dominating in this latest victory

They had to come back from an early goal, but that's another Liga F win for Barça Women, this time 5-1 against Costa Adeje Tenerife. The visitors took an early lead through Babajide, but Paredes, Pajor, Graham, Pina and Brugts ensured Pere Romeu's side remain the undisputable league leaders.

Alexia received the award for best Liga F player in October plus recognition for having scored 200 goals for FC Barcelona.

Blaugranes show character

Tough start at the Estadi Johan Cruyff stadium, Babajide scoring after just 3 minutes. No sign of heads down, though, with many chances being created by the home side, the first being finished by Irene Paredes, who scored with a powerful shot from the edge of the area.

FC Barcelona wanted to complete the comeback as soon as possible and it came from the Liga F leading scorer, Ewa Pajor, who diverted in an Ona Batlle shot. Still time for Graham to increase the difference between the sides from the penalty spot before halftime, making it 3-1.

More goals after the break

The blaugranes made sure of their 11th Liga F win after the restart. Claudia Pina made it 4-1 after previously hitting the woodwork and then Esmee Brugts rounded off the win late on, final score 5-1.

A perfect Liga F campaign so far, that's now 11 out of 11 wins going into the international break. Barça Women return to action on 7 December against Real Betis (kickoff 7pm CET), again at the Estadi Johan Cruyff.
