Real Madrid 0-4 Barça: The Clásico conquered

Barça take another big win away at their big rivals in a game they dominated from start to finish

Another Clásico under the belt. Barça Women took a 4-0 win away at Real Madrid to underline the difference between the two sides in an important league victory for Pere Romeu's team.

Patri opens the scoring

The game between the two big rivals was barely three minutes old when Patri Guijarro opened the scoring, finishing after a touch from Alexia Putellas. Barça keeper Cata Coll made an excellent save to deny Alba Redondo before Aitana almost created a second for the blaugranes for Pajor. The next goal, however, did come in the 23rd minute, Patri finishing nicely again at the near post.

The blaugranes were not finished before half time and Caroline Graham Hansen set up Clàudia Pina to make it three in the 39th minute of the contest.

In the second half Real Madrid keeper Misa made several important saves to prevent the blaugranes from running away with the contest, denying first Aitana then Mapi and Graham Hansen. However, with just four minutes left Alexia Putellas rounded off an excellent day for the blaugranes with a fourth goal on 86 minutes, her ninth in Clásicos and her 199th in total for the blaugranes.
