Face to face informative sessions

All delegate members are invited to attend an informative session on 16 October at 6pm and 17 October at 6 pm, where they will hear first-hand explanations of the matters being discussed on the Assembly agenda.

Delegate members wishing to attend one of this face-to-face meeting must confirm their presence on this form: 

The club has been holding these meetings in recent years via the Delegate Members Office  to provide attendees with detailed information and resolve any doubts about the accounts and other items on the Assembly agenda, which is the club's supreme decision-making body.
